 RETURNS

1. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. The product amount will be credited back to his/her Bazaarbie reward/Bank A/c as requested once we have received the products and quality check is done.

3. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the 'Order History->View order' section of your Bazaaarbie Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.

4. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace.

Our Solutions:

1. Merchant's responsibility- If Merchant is responsible for the issue(like damaged/defective/wrong/missing products), we will allow a return request within 2 days of delivery for a refund and/or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend/replace products for free.

2.Customer's responsibility- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to return/exchange the item, we can also allow a return within 5 days of delivery. In that case customer is responsible for the one sided shipping fee for an return, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.

3. However, there are certain products such as Lingerie items, Jewelry items, Edable items etc. are “Non-Returnable” , for which our Sellers do not  offer a return. You can find that list at the end of  Return Policy page.
