We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. "Contact Us" to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.


Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy of the Return (this) page shall prevail over the general returns policy. 





ANY items(s) purchased online that you don't love may be returned (within 5 days), including Sale & Clearance merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, and cancellations. Refunds will credit back to the original payment method or reward points.If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please email us so that we may assist in correcting the error.( In case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery)

1. How do I file a return request?


You can file a return request from your BazaarBie account. Use the following steps: Sign In -> My Orders ->View order-> Request Return You can place a Return request within 5 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.


Return request will be reviewed by Bazaarbie. If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval. After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.

If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Bazaarbie. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Return or Refund is initiated.



2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?


Returns are accepted under the following cases -

Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ styleWrong item ordered/ delivered
Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ ExpiredDefective Product -
Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only
Packages lost in transit.



3. Under what conditions returns request will not be accepted?


Returns requests will not accepted under following cases –

(a). If Products are Altered/ Used, If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories), If Serial Number is tampered, For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 2 days of the Delivery, For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery, For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Terms & Conditions page.

(b). bazaarbie reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year and in case of Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

(c). If the items of your orders falls in the list of  Non-Returnable Items.(list of Non-Returnable Items given below on this page) 



Return Policy of Bazaarbie


We offer return of Products ordered on bazaarbie within 5 days of delivery of the order(with The original bag and tag should be intact). However, there are certain products such as Lingerie items, Jewelry items, Edable items (list of Non-Returnable Items given below on this page)   are “Non-Returnable” , for which our Sellers do not  offer a return.
We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).

a. In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team.

b. Upon receiving your complaint, Bazaarbie  shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If Bazaarbie  is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Bazaarbie  will inform the relevant Merchant of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, other than not requesting the Merchant for a replacement, Bazaarbie reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Bazaarbie in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Merchant selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product/ service and Bazaarbie shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

c. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, Bazaarbie requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Bazaarbie at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Bazaarbie depending on the nature and category of the product.

d. In order to return any products sold through the Bazaarbie Platform, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

    i. For non-damaged/ non-defective product, you shall be allowed to return the product within 5 days;

    ii. Please notify Bazaarbie of receipt of damaged/ defective product within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Bazaarbie/Merchant/manufacturer/service provider shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

    iii. Bazaarbie will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its  logistics partner. In the event Bazaarbie is unable to do so, Bazaarbie will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Bazaarbie;

    iv. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc.;

    v. Bazaarbie offers hassle-free returns to simplify returns for buyers and sellers. The cost of return shipping for an item that is not properly described is the Merchant or seller’s responsibility. If applicable, you also authorize Bazaarbie to place the return shipping costs on your invoice;

    vi. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

    vii. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Bazaarbie in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return;

    viii. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Bazaarbie, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, as adjusted with any credits/discount/offers, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Bazaarbie will credit your refunds directly into  reward points/account/source of payment. Refunds will be subject to the following:

              a. Orders paid online will be refunded instantly through the Reward points/source of payment;
              b. For Cash on Delivery payments also the amount will be refunded into your Reward points/source of payment;
              c. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy. If for any reasons, amounts cannot be returned to your wallet, they will be returned through other modes, subject to you providing the necessary information and cooperation, to Bazaarbie

    ix. A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or Bazaarbie.

Bazaarbie reserves the sole right to accept or deny refunds and will act reasonably in the common interest of both parties involved. Purchases are only retractable in exceptional circumstances, such as when the seller materially changes the item's description after a purchase has been made, a clear typographical error is made, or there if a seller defaults in any way with the product listed or in the delivery of the same. In case of returns without delivery of product refund cannot be processed.

    x. For the returned item(s), we will arrange a refund after we have quality checked of your returned items.


NOTE : Return Request can't be entertain in the following cases:- 

             (a). We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

             (b). Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service provided.

             (c). If the product is returned to Bazaarbie as undelivered due to wrong address, Bazaarbie shall be entitled to extra cost for resending the product(s) to the correct address. The extra cost towards re- delivery shall be paid upfront by you and the delivery time shall be extended.

             (d). Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow  7-21 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

             (e). The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

             (f). We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Bazaarbie or Merchant.

             (g). We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned product clears the Q.C at the Warehouse . However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Bazaarbie. In case of any refund discrepancies, Bazaarbie may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement. We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities and thus the Q.C may take time.

             (h). You shall have an option for refund of paid amounts by way of Reward points or into your bank account. Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible incase wrong information has been provided to it.

              (i).  Please note the following items cannot be returned:- Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, edable items such as suppliments (list of Non-Returnable Items given below on this page) .


What we do about mispricings?


Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many thousands of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.



Order Cancellations

i.  Guest user- you will have to initiate the cancel procedure by writing an e-mail to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing such order.

    Registered user, you will be allowed to cancel the order by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button displayed under “My Order Tab” on the Website after you login. Please note that ‘Cancel’ button will be de-activated after the lapse of 24 hours writing an e-mail to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing such order;

ii. As part of usual business practice, if Bazaarbie receives a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, Bazaarbie shall refund the entire amount.

iii. As part of usual business practice, if the order has not been processed/approved by Bazaarbie, Bazaarbie reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you.



We try our best to delivery 100% good quality products,but unfortunately it may happen sometimes product is delivered damaged.In such case we required a photo to be sent to us within  48hrs from the time of delivery.Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process return.In case of products not avialble return Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases. But the final dession is will be taken by about refund.



Shipping cost

(a). If Merchant is at fault then you don't have to bear any shipping cost.

(b). If Product is correct and still customer want to return than customer have to bear one side shipping cost.



Sizing issues 


In the apparel industry, there are slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart and size conversion chart on the product before ordering.

If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will refund you.

If you chose the wrong size, Bazaarbie will offer a refund for you, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at your expense.

You must contact us to arrange a refund. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.


Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.


Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.


Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.


Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.


Not eligible products for Return-

Car perfume,Nursing covers, diapers and nappies, soothers and teether, feeding related products, baby wipes, Make up, skin care, hair care and personal care products, Contact Lens, Seeds and Live plants, Lingerie and innerwear,Swimwear,Earrings socks and stockings, Conditioners, Creams, Deodorants, Electric Ear Cleaners, Eyebrow/Eyelash/Hair Styling Products, Eye Mask, Face Wash, Face Care/Fairness Products, Fragrance, Fresheners, Gels, Hair Care, Kajal, Lens Solution, Lip Plumper/Stain, Blackhead/Makeup/Nail Paint Removers, Mascara, Mehendi, Nail Sanding Pad, Oils, Oral Hygiene Products, Perfumes, Hand/Toothbrush Sanitizers, Serums, Talc, Sunscreen, Tanning Liquid, Tattoo, Toners and Wigs, Lip Care, Lipstick, Nail Care, Body Care, Foot Care, Body & Skin Accessory, Nutrition and health care, Gym gloves, Gym vests, Gym supports and elderly care etc.

*Any product that is labeled as non-returnable on its product detail page cannot be returned.

Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the Return page shall prevail. Here you can view the complete list of non-returnable products


 General Rules for a successful Return

1.     In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

2.     For products where installation is provided by Bazaarbie service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Bazaarbie  authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

3.     During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened)and confirm the contents before signing the package.


Note 1-   If, for some reason, you discovered that the product you ordered has some malfunction or is not working past this guarantee period, get in touch with the authorized service center of the brand in your city, just as you would with any product that you might purchase at an offline retailer.

Note 2-   If Product is correct and still customer want to return than customer have to bear one side shipping cost.
